Gilbert Etiquette:

1. The Toastmaster should call the Topicmaster, speakers, and General Evaluator.

2. The General Evaluator should call the evaluators and other functionaries.

3. If you cannot fulfill your assignment, please find your own replacement and contact the meeting's TM and GE, as well as the VPE.

4. Please inform the VPE when you know you will not be able to attend a future meeting.

5. Follow through with Toastmaster's Promise.
