Based on our mission statements, you can see that Toastmasters is not simply a public speaking organization, as it is often referred to. Toastmasters can be considered a self-improvement club, and the two areas we choose to focus on improving are Communication and Leadership, and we do so by practicing it and watching others practice it.

We love our guests and promise to welcome you into our meeting. We are very confident you will leave the meeting glad you came and with a smile on your face!

If you have any questions about the Toastmasters organization, about our club or our meetings, please check out our new (and still incomplete) FAQ page. You will likely find the answer to your question there.

Gilbert Toastmasters Club has recently begun holding monthly New Member Orientation classes on the third Thursday of each month, time to be confirmed. If you would like to join the class to learn more about our club or about the Toastmasters organization in general, please feel free to join us. Click "Email Us" in the menu to the left to let us know your plans to join us.
